Prepare for Success

THE PREPARE FOR SUCCESS CAMPAIGN IS UNDERWAY.

Instead of using the Giving Tree for Prepare for Success this year, we have a wood “school bus” that is loaded with tags! Here is how YOU can sponsor needy Howard County students by donating backpacks with school supplies:

	Select one or more tags from the school bus. On each tag is listed the gender of a student and the name of the school he/she attends. Christ Church is supporting students from low-income families who attend Deep Run Elementary, Murray Hill Middle School and Wilde Lake Middle Schools.
	Write your name and phone number on the sign-up sheet that matches the color of your tag.
	Pick up a detailed supply list for the child’s school. (Supply lists are also available on the parish website.)
	Attach the tag to the filled backpack, and place the backpack in the collection box in the Elevator Room. All backpacks and supplies are due by Sunday, August 13.

The cost for a backpack and supplies is around $50. If you prefer to make a financial contribution (any amount is welcomed), special envelopes are available on the Narthex Table.
